How an Erasmus+ mobility in Germany actually runs

Scoping (week 0–4)
Kick-off call to lock sectors, learner profiles, dates, German city shortlist and ECVET / Learning Agreement template. Indicative quote within 48 hours, contract within 5 working days.

Matching (week 4–10)
We source German hosts per learner, validate fit against the Learning Agreement, confirm a named in-company tutor (Ausbilder) and return signed host confirmations to your coordinator.
- 03
Pre-departure (week 10 → flight)
Accommodation booked (Studentenwohnheim, WG or host family), insurance issued, airport transfers scheduled, German workplace-language coaching delivered, full pre-departure pack sent.
- 04
On-mobility
Daily check-ins for week 1, weekly thereafter. Named local coordinator per German city. 24/7 emergency line. Mid-mobility supervisor visit with co-signed evaluation.
- 05
Closure & reporting
Attendance log, end-of-mobility evaluation, Europass Mobility certificate, host feedback and Beneficiary Module-ready closure file delivered to your coordinator.
