Erasmus+ Job shadowing in Germany

Structured 1–2 week shadowing visits in German schools, VET centres, universities and companies — for teachers, trainers, school managers and adult educators.

Overview

What is Erasmus+ Job shadowing?

Job shadowing under Erasmus+ KA1 is a short structured observation visit (typically 2–60 days) where staff observe peers in a host organisation abroad. We design the agenda with you, source the German host (school, VET centre, university or company), arrange accommodation and document the mobility for your final report.
